Brian's Lie Detector Test
Brian took a polygraph test on May 3, 2002 at McNeil Island Corrections Center.  He requested to have the test conducted in order to prove his innocence, although the jury was not allowed to hear about this test.  A reputable retired police officer conducted the test, which Brian passed with flying colors.   There were 5 questions which took over two hours to conduct.  Here is proof of the three key questions.
